NOTE: Please read through the FAQ and Troubleshooting link below before posting issues with the modįrom the Original Patch Author's Mod Page on the Steam Workshop:Ĭompatibility with Hearthfire for joeThinkStudios' Marriage Mod - To Have and To Hold.Īll credit goes to joeThinkStudios a great creator of a great mod! What I did is nothing more than a mere patch which allows the Marriage Mod - To Have And To Hold and Hearthfire work together correctly.
The Dragonborn’s spouse(s) can now move to one of the four faction homes depending on completion of their respective questlines. One can also easily locate each of their spouses with the aid of a new book, titled “Mara’s Tear”, which details each spouse’s location. The Dragonborn may now marry multiple spouses (to a Maximum of 11) with the help of the Aspect of Love. Fixes to various NPCs related, in part, to Marriage.
A basic version of the “Dress Up” feature (which will be part of a future marriage mod sub-titled “To Love and Cherish”) allows the Dragonborn to ask their spouse to change the default outfit they have on (the one under the equipped armor) to one of a handful of predetermined outfits. Three sub-quests, which help aid the Dragonborn during the marriage events. Fixes to the wedding ceremony and a reception afterward with dynamic events depending on the Dragonborn’s completion of specific quests Tending the Flames, Blindsighted, The Eye of Magnus, and Glory of the Dead. Marriage to a new spouse via death or Intentional divorce of an old spouse. I want to note that ilhe did recommend testing before publishing it, but I think you will all make excellent guinea pigs. However, some users do not seem to require it. The Hearthfire patch for this mod is highly recommended. For now, I am still sorting through the different files, comments, and discussions throughout the different iterations/publications of this mod. I will be editing this page later on so that it is easier and quicker to obtain the information needed. As time goes on I will be maintaining and updating it, just not at this time. For now, however, I cannot provide support for it or any of the known bugs. Once everything here is in order, I do have plans to continue development on this mod. Permission for this publication has been obtained from both joeThinkStudios and ilhe, right alongside ZackLeodrano for their wonderful work. Additional credit goes to ZackLeodrano for making the initial port for SkyrimSE and this version of its publishing possible. All credit goes to joeThinkStudios and ilhe who have created the original mod and Hearthfire patch. I have since adopted it with the permission of its author/s. When it's 100% working, will be available for XB1 - patience This is NOT MY MOD, originally.
